The course “Citizen Ombudsman: Participation and Social Control at the Service of Management” aims to train managers, technicians and collaborators of ombudsman offices of bodies that work on decentralized public policies in the fields of social development and sport, with the aim of fostering the formation of a hub or a collaborative network.
